Sign in, open your flight, then choose Manage and Contact support. Your booking details will be included automatically.
Before you reach out
For trip help, include the traveler’s name, airline confirmation code, and the email or phone number on the Soar account. Please do not send full payment-card or passport numbers by email or text.
If your flight is departing soon, call us and contact the airline directly for urgent airport or day-of-travel assistance.
